galaxy ace and memory card

i bought a galaxy ace, from first it had problem with its voice while recording video, after removing this software problem , my phone has found problem with its memory card and alternatively it show on error that * Sd card removed unexpectedly *, and after showing this message the voice on vidoe recording will find noise, i change my phone motherbored too, and changed sd card, but no changes. . what should i do now? please help me
