Help Galaxy Ace Battery Heating

I bought a Galaxy ace recently. But now i noticed that , when i use my phone more than 15 minutes continues , my battery is heat. Any body know the reason for this. How can i solve this problem

Download an app to check it's temp. My battery normal fluctuates between 20C idle and 30/35 C when playing games.

Yeh mine gets really hot to but I don't have a problem with it heating up as I am usually bloody freezing xD
