Galaxy ACE, does he run every app?

No it wont. Several games/apps wont run for it because either the CPU is too slow (800Mhz only compared to Galaxy S2 1.2Ghz dual core), screen resolution is too low (320x480 compared to SGSL and higher end phones with 480x800), or the graphics chip being too weak (it only has Adreno 200, SGS2 has the best GPU available).
Comparing a Galaxy Ace to an SGS2 is like comparing a netbook (those small 10inch laptops) to the proper laptops running i5: It can run some of the basic and more important apps, but it can't run all of the same games and programs the bigger faster laptops can. There's a reason why its priced at half the SGS2's price.
