Galaxy ace no go0gle play and no internet acces

Hi

I got a curious problem, I cannot access the internet from my galaxy ace phone even using wifi, it just says invalid security certificate, I have not chrome installed and also cannot install google play to install chrome, I am just using the built-in standard internet browser, but this does not work, so need to fix that and get Google play also sorted.

From what you described, both a browser app and the Google Play Store app cannot get online access, it sounds like you a) do not have a SIM in your phone with an active account and b) have not connected the phone to an actual WiFi network. When you look in your Settings menu is your phone actually connected to either cellular (mobile data) or WiFi? Do you see their corresponding icons in the upper right of the screen? You need to confirm your phone is connected to one or the other for any online access before any app can get to anything on the Internet.
Also note that your Ace is very dated phone running an also dated and unsupported version of Android. The apps on it will also be out-of-date and it's likely some or most are no longer supported either. This creates a situation that when you do get online access setup on this phone, connecting to some of your online accounts may or may not work properly, or with limited functionality, as most online services are relying on much newer, more advanced technology.
 
As I try to state google app is not installed and I can't install it, neither is chrome internet browsers, just a standard internet Browser, I got wifi set up correctly. I can go to yahoo news I can go to google search, but it comes up with this message first security warning the name of the site does not match the name of the certificate and when I go to install google app it says this browser is no longer supported, then please use play store app but it does not redirect there. we got another phone like this which works and made sure settings are the same but nothing works on this one we are talking about, there appears to be a bug and I need to clear it.
 
fine but how to fix it? unroot it, also can't connect my computer via USB to transfer apk file of google play

If it's been hacked and modified, you'll likely need to re-flash it with the original Samsung firmware that has Google in it.
