Help Galaxy Ace stopped working

hello ,,,
my phone stop working, when i turn on the phone it still working normally till the password, when i touch the keyboard it just give a black screen for a few seconds even till one minute after that same keyboard problem.
by the power bottom and menu bottom i tried to :
1- wipe data\factory reset and the result was like that
" Android system recovery <3e>
Confirm wipe of all user data?
THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE.
NO
NO
NO
NO
NO
NO
NO
YES -- delete all user data
NO
NO
NO
I didn't get any result, same problem, can you please help me ??

Welcome to the forums.

If you want the factory data reset to complete, you must use your volume key to scroll down to the "YES -- delete all user data."

Is that the issue you are concerned with? I may be misunderstanding your question.

Flash a fresh firmware via Odin, you will loose all data except for sd card.
If you are still under warranty then go to the samsung service center, they will do it for you.
Unless you are rooted and you know what caused the problem, then you might have a way of saving your data and get the phone running again.
