Galaxy ace wont charge. help !

Friend. need help. my galaxy ace wont charge even when i use usb, original charger or i turned it off. it keep happening. but when i turned it off. it turn back on. o.o some kind of magic that i didnt understand. but i need help.

More details please...are you using a custom ROM? But it seems more like a hardware problem...
