Help Galaxy CSC Number Wrong

I'm having a bit of an odd issue - my phone won't update to the latest stock firmware (been like that for ages) - I discovered that the CSC number is not the UK one so hence is different from the AP numer.

I tied using one of the CSC tools on line - but ended there wasn't a UK one on there.
AP ix XXE
CP :: XXE
CSC: XAE

How would I change the CSC to XXE (UK) to get the phone to update the stock firmware OTA (without fiddling around with Odin etc)

(I know it will do a factory reset)

I know - my phone is still stuck on 4.1.2 - when I did a bit of digging that's when I found the CSC wrong (the phone came back from repairs (rather it was a replacement last November))

I'll have a go again with the link later on in the week.
 
Tried the app - didn't have the list of them all - tird BLU
Phone restarted now won't conenct at all to network or to wifi.

Sigh I think I might need to do a Firmware reflash to resolve this - how do I start?
