Help Galaxy freeze

Hi I have a problem that my phone go black when i'm talking and when a push the on button doesn't do anything, have to take the battery and turn on again, what I can do to fix this?

Looks like your going to have take it back for repair

Your phone is supposed to go black when you are talking.

After removing it from your face for a few seconds (it can take up to 6 seconds), it should come back on by itself.
