The image you posted, is that what appears when you turn on the phone or is that what is displayed with phone in download mode?

Can you get it in download mode?
From off, hold power + home + volume down till it boots then volume up to continue.

If you can get it into download mode, Odin should work unless you have totally trashed the EFS partition or motherboard damaged.

This is a ATT phone I don't know why anything of Verizon is coming on it Verizon never had this phone or even sold it ?????

Download mode from phone off.
Press and hold power, the volume down button and home button till phone boots. Release all buttons. You should then press volume up to continue. This should put you in download/Odin mode.

If you can get into download mode you should be able to reflash the firmware.

Yea took it to a cell phone shop they couldn't reflash the software and Samsung themselves said they could do anything period even if I paid get that???

Going offline soon.
If you get a blue active com port, go ahead and download the firmware in the first XDA link and hopefully it will contain a tar file.
In Odin, after you connect phone, select the AP tab then locate the firmware file.
After Odin verifies everything and is ready, select the start button.
If all goes well, phone will reboot when finished and you will see a green box with PASS.

When my VW S4 got buggered. I plugged it into my computer and Verizon Software Assistant was automatically downloaded. 20 minutes later I had a functional device.

If it's an AT&T phone, be interested to know how it managed to show a message about unauthorized system software on a Verizon device? Verizon have never sold the Galaxy Mega 2? Did you flash the wrong ROM or something?
