Help Galaxy Mega NTC update available

This whole morning, my Mega has been popping up with a notification saying new NTC content available yet I click on it or do a hard press and nothing happens, it's been going on all morning, it's been already 5 times, today.

I have been having the same symptom for months on my Galaxy S3. I click the update, I get a white screen for about a second, then it goes away. Then the update message comes back.

From doing a Google search I kept getting Nike Training Club hits. I had the app installed on my phone but had never used it. I uninstalled it and the message went away.
