Hi guys, I'm here on behalf of the wife 
I bought her a galaxy mini for xmas and generally everything is fine but the last week or so it turns itself off about once a day for no apparent reason. The screen goes completely black and unresponsive, and none of the buttons work.
The only way to restart it is to remove and replace the battery. It's not been rooted or messed with in any way, and I'm at a loss.
Any idea what the problem could be peeps
