Help Galaxy Nexus experience.

I don't think there's any other post with this topic and if there is please excuse me.
I just bought an Galaxy Nexus and I have to say that this is the far best phone in the world. I came from an iPhone 4 which I just sold btw..
So, what I wanted to ask is:
1. what apps can I use in order to watch movies? BS Player lite doesn't work for me so far..
2. what widgets can I add or what apps do you recommend me in order to make my Android experience much enjoyable?
3. how do I get rid of that vibration feedback when I move apps?
4. Is there any way to add more shortcuts to the lock screen circle?

I will come with more questions and answers, if needed.

5. IMDb (for people who want to look up who was in what movie)

7. Star Chart (if you like astronomy)
8. SwiftKey X (pretty good keyboard that replaces what you have - not free; test ruight away so you can return for refund if you dont like it)
9. 2x client if your a tech nerd
10. ADW Launcher EX if you want to run custom ADW themes (i believe there's a free version)
11. Every Geek needs the android lightsaber
12. Beautiful Widgets
13. Endomondo if you exercise
14. Aldiko Book Reader

1. Rockplayer Lite plays many formats not natively supported in android.

3. Setting -> Sound -> Haptic feedback (maybe?) I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

Swiftkey X has a free app that allows you to test drive for 30 days. It's a great predictive keyboard. Learns what you type and reads your mind. =)

For the OP, Android Market allows to you try out apps for 15 minutes. If you don't like/want, you can return it for a refund in that time frame. This is one difference from iOS. There was a droidlife article that said the time frame may have been extended to 30 minutes, but I don't know if that's been confirmed.

I can tell you that with the 10 cent app downloads going on for the 10 billion android app download special it is still 15m.

And that's cool about Swiftkey - I really like the keyboard and plan on using it on the nexus also.

I too would have to recommend Swiftkey X. If you can still pick it up for a dime on the Android Market sale I would jump on it.
