Galaxy Nexus Screen Problems?

Ok, I was watching a video on my nexus in full screen mode and the left and right part of the screen (horizontally) at the edges are brighter than the rest of the screen. Oh, and if you re familiar with the nexus on-screen buttons, even when I turn the phone over you can still lightly see the buttons on the bright spots when they are not even there. Anyone know what this is? Thanks.

Thanks for your help olbriar, but I couldn't find anything that is similar to my problem. Its like no one has ever encountered it before.

That is odd. Did you leave a thread there describing the screen behavior? These are your forums. Feel free to ask if you don't find what you are looking for. Even if it is an uncommon problem, the clever members there might have some suggestions. In any event, I hope you are enjoying AF.
