Galaxy Note 2 and transferring an app.

I just got Galaxy Note 2 and im trying to transfer an app to it from my old phone.
The app is called megaplayer. It used to capture and play or download streaming videos (sockshare/putlocker).
I Used astro manager to back up the app, and transferred over the apk files.
However, the app does not want to download or stream videos for me.

It can only stream/download some "sample" videos that the app itself provides.
Anyone know why that might be? (It has some paid addons that allow the streaming of the sockshare/putlocker videos, maybe it can tell that its not bought but transferred?)

I cant re-download it, because it has been removed from the marketplace.

Hey Ivan,

I have moved this thread to the Android Apps forum so you can get some better assistance.

And the app may no longer be compatible with newer versions of android. Have you thought about looking into getting a replacement app?
