So let me start from the beginning im at the pool and I start showering and like 2 seconds into the shower i remember my phone was in my swim shorts. I take it out and let it dry and the chrger port was failing and it seemed like the battery was too. So I ordered an anker 3100 mah
for the note 2 and a replacement charger port before this I has a charger from my simple phone that charged my phone with ease. I think it was 0.67 amps. I also had a 2.1 amp charger but the base of the mini usb cord was breaking but regardless it worked. Now I have the anker battery and it works better then my old battery and my old battery is dead and wont recharge. I replaced my charger port but i charge +27 mah or 0.67% an hour. The wierd thing is when I first replaced the charger port (I accidentally ordered two got another one because one signal didnt work but charging did) the charging is fine and charges 27% per hour when resting and 8% per hour when using the phone now it barely charges 1%while using it and usually doesnt charge while using. My theory is the metal part where the back of the charger port and the phone connect of the phone has to do something with the charging and somethings wrong with it cause there are like dark spots so to say in the metal. Anyway why is my phone charging deteorating every time I replace the charger port or perhaps my charger port is bad and doesn't work or it could be my chargers but I use my moms new one and it charges better than my other 2 for example it charges when Im using it but not buy much its still way too slow. I also use battery monitor widget to see my charging. I have two charger ports for the sgh-889(the phone i have) and the sgh-313. I took out the 889 one and replaced it with the 313 my moms charger now charges at 37.14% an hour. But I am afraid it will deteriorate like last time. I will keep updated.
