Galaxy note 2 water damage

Which internal part of a sprint galaxy note 2 operates the "radio" portion (wi-fi & all internet connections) of the phone? I'm curious, because after being dropped in water for 2 seconds, i got everything else in the phone to work except for the wi-fi, so i'm not able to make calls, get emails or go online. (there was no sign of water damage to the screen either.)

That would be the motherboard. IOW, just about everything other than the display. Figure $150-$200 (make sure it's a clean ESN) plus the labor to put it all together and get it working.

You might also want to change the screen, the battery and SIM card contacts - anything capable of corroding (because corrosion will continue, even if there are no signs of it yet).
