Galaxy Note 2 won't let me install

[Android Question]

I tried to install the new 4.3 android system on my phone and the keyboard won't work. So I tried to install the european version on my phone, but got everything messed up. My computer cannot detect my phone anymore, even after installing kies and other drivers, I need help to fix my phone, somebody help!

I suggest that you register and post your question again in the "all things root"/note2 forum where you can get some 2 way help (you can't reply to any answer you get here)

Include in your question:
Model of your phone ie GT N7100 etc
Source of the 4.3 ROM you are trying to install and by what method
Previous ?stock? ROM installed - which presumeably was working OK
which european ROM you tried to install and by what method

Basically as much information as you can give so that we don't have to guess everything! It can probably be sorted out
