is galaxy note 20 ultra 5G water proof and moisture proof i mean when we use face serums, face creams and skin moistures etc on our face or skin and mobile touch my face or skin then these things can damage my mobile phone?

oily skin......yes. face cream? as long as it is fully absorbed by the skin, that's fine. but i would not put large amounts of cream on the device. if anything look for a fully protected phone case.
