Help Galaxy Note 4 I/R Blaster Problems

Hello I have Galaxy note 4 and detected problem with IR apps that stop working after some time (minutes) the only solution is to restart the phone I think Android is the problem becouse ocurrs in all IR app I have installed simultaneously

Try booting into Safe Mode:

http://www.wikihow.com/Turn-Off-Safe-Mode-on-Android
Then,enable the I/R Blaster & see if the problem persists.
If not,then most likely another app that you've downloaded is having an undesireable effect on the I/R Blaster.
One-by-one,enable your apps until you find the one that's conflicting w/the I/R Blaster.

Is this hardware problem or software?

If it was a hardware problem then it would most likely not work at all I would guess, but nothing is certain. Following Kolio's suggestion would tend to confirm that it is software related though.

Hi,

I would not be able to tell you what it means, but I can tell you that my phone also fails this test. Given that my phone is behaving normally and certainly my IR blaster is working, I guess this has nothing to do with your problem.

So, we are back to Kolio's suggestion. Did you try this yet?
