Galaxy Note 4

I have a Galaxy Note 4 that died on me a couple of months ago. I couldn't get anything on the screen, couldn't get to the factory reset screen. Only had (have still) a blue light slowly flashing on & off in the top left corner.
I sent it to the Mississauga (I live in the NWT) Service Center who did a factory reset and sent it back. The repair note said that if it happened again, I'd have to get the motherboard replaced.
My phone is not under warranty and they didn't quote me a price to have it replaced. I'm wondering how much it will cost.
The computer won't recognize the phone, probably because I can't turn it on.
Does anyone know how much a motherboard will cost?
Thanks.

Well you need to make sure it's for the exact same model (there are many different models of Note 4), but when I typed "Note 4 motherboard" into Google I got several eBay quotes of around $75-90. Those have probably been cannibalised from old phones, so I can't guarantee that an official supplier/repair centre won't charge more for the part, and of course there will be labour charges for the repair in addition. So it might be worth checking what the going rate for a second-hand Note 4 is where you are before getting them to give you a quote for a motherboard replacement.
