Galaxy Note Bluetooth Networking Problem

Hi respected Members,

Samsung Galaxy Note cannot be connected thru Bluetooth Networking. I do not understand why it is so. It is able to be connected thru USB cable for GPRS connection but not thru Bluetooth. Its Bluetooth Modem is not recognized or identified by Windows7 laptop. Pairing is done correctly and the device is playing music thru Laptop speakers seamlessly. If Samsung will offer an immediate solution to this burning issue in the forthcoming ICS update?

I am using the Latest version of Samsung Kies (version 2.3..xxxxx)

Please help me resolve this burning issue.
