Upgraded to the 4.2....os and phne restrted and now stock at installing foto package with the android teddy icon dispaying for weeks nw. Pls wht do I do

Glad you found the place ok I can't really help much as I am not familiar with the note, but are you rooted with custom recovery or is the device full stock?

Tnc, device is stock. Loops at the upgrade installasion stage.
