Galaxy note edge vertical lines issues

The obvious answer is to replace the screen, which the 'edge' versions of Samsung devices I believe is the entire assembly. It could be something else, too. Do the lines move when you move between home screens or open other apps? Doe the lines appear during bootup or only after you've unlocked your phone?
It would also help to know the model number of your note.
