Help Galaxy note help please.

Hello All.

Ok i have a galaxy note,

i thought the battery was no good so bought a new genuine samsung battery for it,

but when fitted still the same,

when i plug the charger in phone charges up and works fine while hooked upto the charger,

as soon as i remove charger the battery level drops to around 3% and turns off and will not turn on unless i plug charger back in,

any advice please?

It would appear that there's a short somewhere in the phone. That's not something you can fix yourself. Find a good phone repair shop or bring it to your carrier's repair facility to get an estimate. (Considering the price of a good used Note, it may not pay to repair it.)
