Help Galaxy Note HELP

HELP

My galaxy note got a warning sign in the top right hand corner, sort of like a no smoking sign, now it wont do anything and keeps saying along the lines of "android.com not working"

My phone was a bit hot and low on charge, currently got it switched off and charging, help. Its like it needs an update or something but I cant use it to do that

There are some experts on here. I am not one of them, but I know they can help if you take a good picture of the error using a different phone, and post it.
