Galaxy Note II Handwriting Recognition

Question for those who have actually used Galaxy Note II with the stylus to take notes - how is the HW recognition on it? That would be #1 use of the stylus if I was to get the device (which I am considering once it goes on sale at Verizon). Anybody actually put the stylus through its paces for the recognition of a human writing?

All reviews I have read only mention that the recognition is better than Note I - not very helpful for someone who has never used the original Note. So, anybody can provide feedback from real life experience using the phone to take notes during lecture, write out entire posts or taking meeting minutes using the stylus?

Thank you - by far the MOST helpful response I have had on this topic (also asked the same question on r/android @ Reddit). Best answer - HW recognition may be good/ bad but the screen real estate does not make it a good note taking device. I did not even think of it like that. Already have iPad instead of Galaxy Note to take "real" notes but was hoping G Note II would fill the role well as more portable solution... Darn it... now I see no reason at all to get G Note II....

Do tell me - what good is S Pen then? Sure you can write quick notes with it, but the typing keyboard works very well (SwiftKey is way better than anything I have seen on Android, BB or even iOS platforms so far). Doodling moustache on a photo is fun one-two times but certainly not the reason to get such a large device.

Guess my question is - how do you make use of the S Pen? What PRACTICAL use-cases do you have for it? Appreciate your insights!
