Hi,
I have a Galaxy Note N8000 10.1" tablet purchased in October 2012. Recently, the tablet seems to have downloaded an OS update which may have corrupted it because now it fails to boot and is stuck displaying the message
"Downloading...
Do not turn off target"
I have tried
(1) Power + Volume Up for 10 seconds (so called hard reset) ---> DOES NOT WORK
(2) Power + Volume Down for ~10 seconds ---> DOES ENTER the Download Mode, but pressing Volume Up takes it back to the infinite loop screen.
As the tablet is out of warranty, I thought I would try to repair it using Odin. But before I could even think of doing that, downloading and installing Odin nearly crashed my computer.
Any ideas about what I could do?
Thanks!
