Help Galaxy Note shutting off

-Lulu

Android Enthusiast
I was using my Note normally when it shut down on me. After shutting down on me it began looping the samsung note 2 logo. Passing the logo then restarting again. I'm not able to get passed that screen. But the thing is, once I connect my charger, it passes the screen and loads up. I'm able to use the phone like normal. Until I remove the charger. Once the charger gets removed, the phone crashes once more and starts looping again. Any idea what could be the problem(and what needs to get replaced) or a way to fix the issue?

Do you have a case on it?

The power button sometimes gets stuck in the Note 2

Can't tell you for sure since I can't see it in person.

Have you noticed any stickiness in the power button?

How old is the battery? Do you have a spare battery to test?

No stickiness in the power button. Not sure how old the battery is because I received the phone from an aunt. Sadly I don't have a spare battery to test.
