Galaxy Note Software Update issue.

Hi ,

I don't get software and facebook updates when Galaxy Note is connected to WIFI networks. I get updates only when its connected to data network. Kindly suggest!

The problem you are having could be "internet connectivity" with the connection of the wireless internet. This could be caused by several things.

You could try a few troubleshooting steps:

1) Reboot router and device.
2) Forget network and sign back in with password.
3) Check inside your device's support forum to see if anyone else has been experiencing the same problem.
