HI there I bought a new Samsng Galaxy Note 3 weeks before from online shop.All of a sudden today morning my phone automatically started shutting down itself and again it gets restarted then it again scans the media and it keeps continuing for hours now ..I dont know how to stop this. Is there anything i can do immediately. Please reply me ASAP

Welcome aboard. That problem may be cause by an installed application. Uninstall some of the ones that you don't use. You might just catch the rogue app(s).
