galaxy pro does not connect to computer

hello,
i have got a problem here. my phone (samsung galaxy pro) does not connect to computer.i dont know why but before it used to connect then i tried samsung usb drivers then i also tried samsung kies--->connection resolution error. but still its not coming. please help me in connecting my phone with my computer because i want to upgrade my phone to gingerbread.

Sorry that you are having difficulties with your phone... I am not 100% sure but you should be able (from the pull down notifications bar) to hit some sort of button to turn on USB mass storage (or something similar).

Your best bet would be to check with other users of the same phone in Samsung Galaxy Pro - Android Forums

As I said, I hvae not used your phone before... I would suggest trying other users of the same device in the sub-forum I linked above (as they will be best to give you advice on it), as I am not sure how many people check in the intro's section.

I know that, on my wife's Galaxy S, the settings are a bit different to my Desire HD.
