Hi
My s6 keeps turning off and once i turn it back on the battery % drops this can happen many times a day. Once charging its fine. Ive had it since oct 2015. Do you thnk its a battery issue or something else. Btw ive reset it and it stil has this problem. Help me please :)
 
Sounds very much like a battery problem, like it's worn-out, can no longer hold a sufficient charge, and so needs replacing. As it's sealed bsttery in the S6, it will have to be Samsung service, or a competent repair tech. If you're in an EU country it may still be covered by two year warranty
