Help galaxy s 3 problem

im trying to get on google play but it says sign into your google account but when i go to my google acc im signed in any help would be great

Whee do you go to check your google account? In the browser? Make sure you have actually added the account on the phone under Settings> Accounts and sync.

i will try. right now when i sync it says sync say its experiencing problems will be back shortly.
