Hi guys
I am stuck in screen which says "emergency call" at the bottom. I cannot get out of it either by putting my password in, taking battery out or removing SIM.
 
I am a man of 63. I have been a Blackberrye user for as long as BB has existed. I bought the Samsung S 3 cos it was reported as better than the
BB and IP5.

Did this happen when you turned your phone on, or was it already on when you picked it up and stuck in that screen?
 
Hello ther thanks for your quick response. No it was working fine and then I must have pusshed something wrongly and then I got stuck

Edit again: not givin up yet pal....still searching :)
Could be your sim card is not making proper contact in the phone....perhaps check the contacts/clean contacts to make sure all are good.
