I have a galaxy s 3 that wont seem to charge past 39% the past 2 tonight's I will turn my phone off and let it charge when I wake up in the morning it says 100% when ever I turn it on its back at 39% I already switched chargers but that dont seem to be the problem

Have you taken the latest update to 4.3? If so did you do a full factory reset afterwards?

If you have taken the update it could be that the battery needs recalibrating:

Charge it to 100% and then let it run out to the point it will not turn on...recharge to 100% and fully discharge and repeat...3 cycles should do it.

There is also the possibility it could be a failing battery; so if you know someone with an S3 try swapping over the battery and see if that makes a difference. Remember some of these phones are approaching 2 years old - so batteries are starting to loose performance.
