My wife has had this phone for 2 months and has been experiencing some issues with it. First I wanna say, that I had this phone before her and we swapped phones ( i now have her LG G2X), and I put my SIM card from the Galaxy S 4g into the G2X and she put her sim card into the Galaxy S 4G. her phone power cycles on it's own or turns itself off during phone calls and during stand by time. The screen goes black and it freezes...a lot!
Can anyone help? When I used it, it had no issues. She's already tried to reset the phone back to factory settings,but same thing. Perhaps the T-mobile store could help? HANKS A BUNCH !
