I found that app, but you have to go to the "samsung apps" icon. In there they have the tv remote app, a pretty decent game, road sms (which is really cool everyone should get it) and a few other random ones.

It's on the market as well, but you need to have a vibrant (or was it captivate). So go to the android market, get My Market app, and set your service provider to T-Mobile. Then search for Samsung.
