Help Galaxy S constantly CRASHING

Can someone please help me out on this one,
(I am new to this Forum)

My Galaxy S I9000 is not even 2 months old yet and in the past week the phone constantly freezes and crashes on me, when it crashes I lose all my contacts saved to the phone, I lose all my email settings, all my applications are deleted from the main screen and i the applications window everything is all mixed up.
I do a hard reset everytime this happens but it still crashes on me, sometimes up to 3 times a day.

Can someone please help me?

Did you install something new to the phone? I would suggest doing a factory reset, you will lose all your contacts that are not synced to google so sync them before. Then try it without installing anything, if it works fine I would then start installing applications one at a time and see which one causes the phone to crash.

You could try reflashing the phone but if you are still under warrenty I would go to a service station/store/whatever its called.

If you want to give it a go yourself you could try this guide or any other out there.
