Help Galaxy S deleted my SMS-es

Suddenly my Galaxy S lost all SMS that I have got saved. I didn't updated the phone or do anything. I just wanted to write one SMS and all of the sudden, they were ALL gone. Can I somehow recover them with any app or something? If I install go sms pro, and then save and recover them, would they be recovered or is there any other option?

Once they are gone, they are gone forever I'm afraid. The really annoying thing is that Kies doesn't have the option to back-up SMS's to a PC. You have to be rooted to be able to run back-up tools on the phone such as Titanium backup and CWM.
