Galaxy S Exchange issue

i just got a brand new Galaxy S and am very dissapointed to not be able to connect it to my office exchange sever. we being an IT service provider firm spend atleast 4 hrs with the best technicians to resolve this issue. the only reason we found out is the email client software cannot recognize the dual IP our domain use one for incoming and other for outgoing. a simple 100$ nokia phone is able to connect to it with no issues..

Try looking at some of the third party Exchange apps such as Touchdown.
