My Galaxy S has suddenly stopped working. This is not after a firmware upgrade, no action has been taken by me, it's just stopped working. When I switch the 'phone on, I get the animated logo, then the IGT-I9000 logo and then a black screen but the 2 capacitive buttons are lit (but they don't do anything, no vibration, when pressed).
I am able to boot into recovery mode and have done Wipe data/Factory reset and Wipe Cache partition. But when I reboot, I get the same problem.
If I try to charge the 'phone, i get no indication if charging is working or not.
Can anyone help?
