Root galaxy s issue please help

Here's what my Samsung mesmerize is saying
the application twlauncher (process. Com.sec.android.apparently.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
then a button to touch says (force close)

Then on home screen says
problem loading widget

Accuweather clock widget isn't working

Please help

So does the widget work at all or does this happen when you first start it?
