Help galaxy s text alert

[voodoo66]

This is going to sound a stupid question, but here goes anyway, how can i get the phone to give more than one alert for incoming text messages, at the moment it tells me i have a message only once and if i am away from the phone unless i check I have no idea I have a message ???

Take a look at No LED this will probably be something like what you want.

sorry nt sure what you mean by no LED

[voodoo66]

I think i see what you mean, Lights ?? what i meant was the sound the notification tells there is a text but only once ??

[Mardor]

NoLED is an app on the market who show alerts when you recive sms, mail etc even the screen is off

Sorry should have said it was an app from the market as Mardor says.

Trouble is, NoLED rapes the battery so I ended up un-installing it on mine the same day I installed it some time last year.

Ray.

cheers Ray i will watch for that, dont suppose anyone would have any idea why the phone keeps turning off, I have to open the back take out the battery and put it back in then restart the damn think at least once a week ?? when i got the phone last Aug i had this problem and they changed it but this one is the same, the guy thinks it may be a software crash, but surely it should not do this as often ???
