Help Galaxy S Wifi 5.0 - Apps wont move to USB Storage

Well, I have a Samsung Galaxy Wifi 5.0 - it had about 4.8gb of USB Storage Memory - I want to move Apps to it but all the apps are installing to the System Memory which is about 2gb.

When I try to move it, it says there is insufficient storage. Any ideas?

Here is the tablet/phone:

I have updated the software to 2.3.5 from 2.2.

I'm sorry you're frustrated at not getting a quick reply. People are usually very willing to help if they can, but with a huge membership spread across the globe timezone considerations mean that not everything receives an immediate response.
