Help Galaxy S

Have had a Galaxy S for about 3 weeks and the last 5 days, it puts itself into flight mode when the screen goes to sleep. Have to manually take it out of flight mode. It has become a really big problem. Any ideas?

Have you checked your setting to make sure you dont have wireless mode checked and/or rebooted the phone?
