Help Galaxy s2 freezing since ICS update

I recently updated to ICS and have found it a bit dodgy.

My phone freezes a couple of times a day. This lasts for about a minute, I can't do anything, the screen is unresponsive but the lock button works. When everything starts working again I get a pop up saying winamp has stopped working.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong or how to fix it? It has happened a couple of times when I've gotten phone calls and I'm unable to answer. It's really quite frustrating.

How did you update to ICS ? was it threw Kies ? A lot of people have had problems when updating threw Kies. I have had my phone freeze once since updating but since then things are running smooth. I updated threw Odin.
 
Yeah, I updated through Keis.

I'm a bit wary of using Oden, I've had previous bad luck with jailbreaking an iPhone and don't want the same to happen this time

Have you tried a factory reset, I had similar issues but nothing since I reset the phone and cleared the cache

The same thing was happening to me but it was a facebook error I was getting. All I had to do was uninstall facebook and install the new version that was compatible with ICS. I still have the occasional lock screen freeze but I just installed it about an hour ago so I'm sure I'll figure it out soon enough. Hope that helped.
