Help Galaxy S2 has a Axis task bar is permanently at top of my screen & lines appear on touch.

For some reason my Galaxy S2 has what only I can describe as a task bar at the top of my screen with Axis references ie..P.0/1 | dX:0.0 XV:0.0 | Yv:0.0 | Pre 0.05 | Size: 0.13. It also at the same time has started to sketch blue lines as I move around the screen....Does anyone know what's going on & how to get it back to normal..

Are you serious? You have a word app open.

I know, it shows better on a blank background. It doesn't matter what's open, what screen, game or apps open its still draws a line...

Try going into settings - developer options, and uncheck the pointer location option.
