galaxy S2 help needed

This morning my galaxy s2 asked me to downloaded some new software which I did, then rebooted itself, as a result of

1) the red circle you get on the locked screen to tell you a message has arrived is now a horrible brown colour
2) the green line which wheezes across the screen when a web page is downloading is now blue.
3) I lost my email settings but have sorted them.
Two silly things but anyone know why its happened or how to get it back to how it was?

Do you know what version of android the update...updated your device too?

If so then that information could help us pinpoint the problems you are having!


However if you are concerned with colors then we can't really do anything to change it, unless you revert back prior to the update, which would be a hassle.

I would suggest maybe getting a new lockscreen so you can customize it to look like you want it to: Widget Locker is a pretty good one!

Thanks for your reply, I'm not too technical so have no idea what version of android it updated it too, is there anyway I can check?

The locked screen colour is ok, had just got used to the red circle with the white 1 in it which told me a message had arrived on my locked screen and the horrible brown colour which it has changed to is horrible, lol
