Hey, I'm sorry in advance if this has already been covered in another thread but I figured I'd post here and hopefully someone has a solution to my problem.
Basically, my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2), has been fine- I've had it for about three/four months. Today I think I dropped it out of my pocket (didn't notice it had been dropped) but when I went to turn it on, as it had turned off, the 'T-mobile' screen and the second S2 logo screen kept on replaying.
I took the battery out, kept it out for about 40 seconds, then when I put it back in, turned it on etc it was fine, except the phone had returned to it's original settings (android market rather than google play etc), and some apps were missing. It asked me to sign up for google as it had the first time when I got the phone (username/password etc). I turned it off again and took the battery out, put it back in but now when I try and use any app (twitter/facebook/google currents/instagram to name a few) it just says "stopped unexpectedly" and I have to force close- I can't even send error reports.
At first I thought it had entered safe mode but there is no safe mode written in the corner. Is there anyway to fix this without having to go to the T-Mobile store? Thanks again if there's any help, and sorry if this isn't the right place to go. Cheers anywho.
