I have just downloaded and installed a software update in my Galaxy S2 running version 4.0.4), and received a message that the update installation was successful, but I still get a message saying that the download was successful and asking whether I want to install it. I have repeated the installation process three times, but still get the same message. It seems impossible to escape from it as the only alternatives offered are installation or postponement but no cancellation.I am rather a novice with cell phones and would appreciate any advice on how to get rid of this annoying message.
